In the Binder:
- Copy of players identification – school I.D. is preferred (in order of roster will speed up check in)
- Copy of report card for each player (showing proof of school, name of player, and date to show it is current)
- Copy of school roster sheet (on school roster sheet provided on website)
School Roster Sheet:
- All sections on the roster sheet must be filled out completely and accurately (leave the ID & RC section blank for check in process).
- Identify draft players and school (per report card)
- Players should only be listed on one team (list each team as if playoffs were to start). The exception to this is if a junior high player is also playing on one of your high school teams. Goalies can be listed on more than one team if not enough goalies are available for your program.

- High School Teams - $2,900 per team ($500 deposit per team)
